DESIGN DAY

TIMELINE: 1 DAY (6 HOURS)

A Design Day is dedicated to just you and your to do list!

VIP Design Days allow you to efficiently update/refresh your current Squarespace website.

With a design day I work only with you. You provide me with your prioritized task list which we review ahead of time and I work closely in communication with you throughout the day to accomplish your website goals.

    • Upgrade from Squarespace 7.0 to 7.1

    • Incorporate New Pages: Events, Additional Services, Blog Entries, Portfolios, Galleries

    • Redesign of existing pages

    • Addition of new website pages

    • Integrate External Applications and Apply Custom Styling

    • Third Party Integrations (ix. Email Marketing Programs, Online Schedulers, etc.)

    • Update colours, fonts and brand elements

    • Add Custom Features (Testimonial carousels, FAQs, pretty list sections and so much more!)

    • Pre-intensive client homework, so that we’re ready to kick off right away on the design day

    • A kick-off call to review homework and set expectations for the day of the intensive

    • 5 hours of implementation work on the day-of intensive (you need to be available for feedback and check-ins!)

    • 2 days of post-intensive follow-up and support for any last-minute questions and tech support (does not include additional tasks / requests)

    • Throughout the Day, we’ll communicate every couple of hours and be able to give me real-time feedback!

    • I highly recommend that you select a day where you don’t have a lot of calls or time-sensitive work so you can be fully present during our time together and make the most of it.

HOW IT WORKS

STEP NO. 1

PREPARATION

Once you are booked we will have you prepare for our day. There will be helpful guides and some questionnaires that will need to be completed before our strategy call. You can work through these documents to come up with your Website to-do list that we will be using for the Design Day.

STEP NO. 2

TRANSFORMATION DAY

I will work quickly and efficiently to implement your wish list of changes. We will be communicating regularly throughout the day so that I can get your immediate feedback so there are no delays.

You have 5 working hours of my complete attention to your Squarespace website.

STEP NO. 3

SUPPORT

Your Design Day transformation includes 2 business days of post intensive support relating to the work we accomplished where you can ask me any questions and I can follow up with any tutorials or training videos as required.

    • Best for those who prefer to take their time and not rush and first timers.

    • Ideal for small teams up to 4 people.

    • Ideal for standard sized websites or a few extra pages.

    • Ideal for the business that offers standard amount of services. (best paired with standard or standard + website pages to ensure enough media for website)

    INCLUDES:

    • 2 hour branding shoot

    • Photography Prep guide and video

    • Up to 4 team members, up to 3 outfit changes

    • 60 edited, high resolution images delivered on an online gallery to download

    • Travel to 1 location per session, within 30kms radius of Cambridge, ON (additional fees apply if outside radius)

    TIER 3 + 650

    • Best for those who prefer to take their time and not rush. This session becomes the most cost effective approach to your image investment for the year.

    • Ideal for large teams up to 8 people.

    • Business offers a variety of services. (best paired with size websites to ensure enough media)

    INCLUDES:

    • 3 hour branding shoot

    • Photography Prep guide and video

    • Up to 8 team members, up to 3 outfit changes

    • 80 edited, high resolution images delivered on an online gallery to download

    • Travel to 1 location per session, within 30kms radius of Cambridge, ON (additional fees apply if outside radius)

    • Includes both the design and website copy

    • 1 hour session/call, diving into current marketing and determining the goals for your voice and messaging.

    • Mini brand audit based on messaging obstacles and goals

    • 1 hour strategy session/call to review the audit and insights, providing expert recommendations on how to improve your voice and messaging!

    • Summary notes from the strategy session

    *Does NOT include any written messaging, guidelines, key messages, etc.

  • Your cost-effective and direct communication channel, fostering customer engagement, building brand loyalty, and driving conversions through personalized and targeted messaging.

  • We design and create 3 custom brand collateral items to keep you showing up polished and professional on all platforms. These can include HTML email signatures, business cards, social media templates, etc. to make an impact!
