  • Yes, strong branding guides design, messaging, and audience clarity. Websites without strategic branding create confusion, not conversions.

  • Most often, the problems you are trying to solve with a new website are actually branding issues. It's possible that your branding is solid and you do just need a website. But if you have problems like not attracting the right clients, outdated visuals, trouble capturing your brand voice or inconsistency, it's likely that we need to visit your brand first to ensure that your website investment ACTUALLY meets your goals. We will always guide you in the direction that is going to lead to your best ROI.

  • Because we have seen the success and longevity of a strategic brand package, we do not offer singular logo design. We believe that an investment in your brand deserves having every piece of the puzzle that you will need to succeed.

    If you are in need of a budget friendly logo option we recommend our brand kits.

  • We build websites for you to get results. To ensure this is a great investment there are must-haves for a successful website:

    • Professional branding is paramount. Branding is what determines your businesses fonts, colours, logos, tone of voice, brand style and personality.

    • Brand photography is required. We do not recommend stock as we build your website for results. Sometimes, stock can be used but it should never be more than 5-10% of your website’s media.

  • 100%! You can update your website easily with Squarespace's. Update text and offers to new staff, you have full ownership over managing your website after we are complete!

    • A great website requires various types of shots. Personal branding, details, your space (if applicable), your tools of the trade, your work in both vertical and horizontal orientations.

    • For a standard website, a recommended amount of photos to work from is approximately 45.

  • Based on your requested kick off date and project scope we will establish the length of time for onboarding and will be able to kick off as close to your kick off date as possible.

  • Yes, we offer a standard payment plan (25% deposit, 25% at kick-off, 25% halfway, 25% at wrap-up).
