What this is not.
This is not a collaborative design process. We do not offer calls, Slack access, or creative back and forth as part of this service. Those are features of our custom branding and website packages.
What you see in each template is the layout you receive. Page structure, section order, and design direction are fixed. We apply your brand and content. We do not redesign the template around your preferences.

Pages included vary by template. Every template listing shows exactly which pages are included. Additional pages are available as an add-on.
One note on photos: Professional brand photography produces the best results. If you do not have it yet, we source from our curated stock library, selected specifically for your industry and brand direction. Stock is a strong starting point. When you are ready for your own photography, you can swap it in later.
iPhone photos are not usable for this service or any MWD website service.
From purchase to launch. Here is every step.
Week 1 to 3: Onboarding: After signing your contract, you receive our onboarding form. You have three weeks to complete it and submit everything we need: brand files, photos or stock approval, service information, and any existing materials.
Week 4: Internal review: We review everything you submitted. If anything is missing or unclear, we reach out that week with a specific list and a deadline. This is the only communication touchpoint before your build begins.
Week 5 onward: Build and launch: Once we have everything, your two-week build begins. We restyle your template, write your copy, optimize for mobile and SEO, and connect your domain. When the site is ready, we present it to you complete. You have one round of revisions. Then we launch.
Important: Your project start date is determined by when your materials are complete, not by your purchase date. If your onboarding form is submitted late or materials are missing, your launch date moves accordingly. We will always communicate this clearly.
