8-Hour Setup Session
Book a full day with our team and we’ll spend 8 hours getting your website set up.
30-Minute Strategy Call
We’ll start with a morning Strategy Call & spend 30 minutes discussing your needs & assets.
Visual Implementation
We’ll input your branding, fonts, colours, graphics and images (the copywriting is your responsibility).
Multiple Revisions
With your speedy feedback, we’ll implement 5 total pages and provide revisions within 48 hours of website presentation.
Custom Canva Templates
We’ll edit your Canva templates, save & send them to you for future revisions.
Website Training
We’ll train you how to use your new site so you’re empowered to tweak & edit it on your own.

01 | Purchase Your Squarespace Template
If you haven’t yet, make sure to purchase your Squarespace Website Template from our shop. If you need help choosing, contact us and we’ll help you choose the perfect template.
02 | Book Your Site Setup
Use the button on the left to access our scheduling calendar and book your 30-minute Strategy Call. *Please Note* that the day you schedule your call will also be the day of your Site Setup.
03 | Gather Your Content
Our team will contact you before your scheduled call to gather everything we’ll need including your existing branding (if applicable), colours and images, etc.
04 | Show Up
Show up to your scheduled call and we’ll work work with you 1:1 over the course of 1 full business day to set up your website. You’ll be required to give quick feedback so we can accomplish as much as possible by the end of the day.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much do you customize the site?
We will implement your branding into the template, (colours, logo, images, and graphics) but we won't typically deviate from the template layout or functionality. We also do not input your personalized copywriting, that is your responsibly to add in after the Site Setup day. However, if we finish implementing your site early, we can continue with additional edits until the end of the business day together. But generally speaking, if you'd like heavy customization, check out our Custom Website Design services.
Does this include a logo?
We'll upload your current logo into the template for you (if you have one and you're able to provide the logo file to us). Otherwise if you do not have a logo, we will write your business name following the same format as the logo in the template you chose.
Should you not have a logo and branding, check out our pre-designed branding kits - they will give you all the visuals you need for a solid, professional brand foundation.
What content do I need to have ready before you start?
Our team will coordinate with you to ensure we have everything we need to start. But in general, before your scheduled call, you will need to have the following items submitted to us during your onboarding: Your logo file (if you have one) and any of your existing branding elements, your colour palette (or a sample of what you want for your colours), and all the images you want used on the website. You may want to consider having your copywriting prepped and ready, as that is your responsibly to swap in after we hand over your site.
What if we don’t finish within the 8-hour Design Day?
We work very quickly (and accurately) to get the basics finished (logo, colours, graphics & images) by the end of the business day. However, if you have submitted additional requests beyond the project scope or if you have delayed feedback, we can schedule a couple of hours to complete the additional work at our hourly rate.
Will you input my copywriting?
You are responsible to swap in your copywriting after we hand over your site at the end of the Site Setup Session. We show you how to edit, tweak and change your site, so you will have no problem adding that in when we're all finished.
