02 | This is so helpful to viewers they cannot believe it is free. We want them thinking “Wow! If this is what I can get for free then what can I get if I am a client?”

Once those two factors are in place below is the framework to get it done:

For small businesses in the mental health industry, for example, offering a free guide on managing stress or coping strategies can be highly appealing to potential clients seeking support and guidance. In the interior design realm, offering a free mood board template or a style quiz can capture the attention of homeowners looking to spruce up their living spaces.

  2. Solve a Problem or Fulfill a Desire: Successful lead magnets often offer solutions to common problems or fulfill specific desires of the target audience. Real estate agents could offer a free checklist for first-time homebuyers or a guide to staging a home for sale. Wellness businesses could provide a free workout plan or a recipe book for healthy meals. By addressing the pain points or aspirations of potential customers, businesses can position themselves as helpful resources and build trust with their audience.

  3. Ease of Consumption: Lead magnets should be easy to consume and provide immediate value to the subscriber.
