WHAT’S NOT PART OF THIS SERVICE
This is a done-for-you process, not a collaborative one. Here is what falls outside the scope of every template project:

You will see your completed website when it is ready. One round of revisions follows. Then we launch.
If you need more involvement, more pages, or a more strategic build, our custom website service is built for exactly that.
From signed contract to live site. Every step.

After signing your contract you receive our onboarding form. You have three weeks to submit everything we need. Your brand files, your photos or stock approval, your service information, and any existing materials. Complete it carefully. Everything we write and build comes from what you give us here.

We go through everything you submitted. If anything is missing, unclear, or unusable, we reach out that week with a specific list and a deadline. This is the only communication touchpoint before your build begins.

Once we have everything we need, your two-week build begins. We restyle the template to your brand, write your copy, optimize for mobile and SEO, and connect your domain. You do not receive progress updates during this phase. We are heads down building.

When your site is complete, you receive a link. Your full website is ready and waiting. This is the first time you see it. Copy is already on the site. Branding is already applied. Photos are already in place.

You have one round of revisions to request changes. Revisions include copy adjustments, photo swaps, and minor content changes. They do not include layout changes, additional pages, or structural redesigns.

Revisions are implemented and your site goes live. Your one week of tech support begins from launch day.

Your two-week build starts when your materials are complete and approved, not when you purchase or sign. If your onboarding form is submitted late or materials arrive incomplete, your launch date moves accordingly. We communicate this directly when it happens.

The layout and structure will match the demo. The content will be completely yours. Your branding, your copy, your photos or industry stock. The bones are the same. Everything on them is built for your business.

No. Copy is written and applied directly to your site. You see it for the first time when the full site is revealed. You have one round of revisions to request changes after that.

No. The template layout is fixed. What you see in the demo is the structure you receive. We apply your brand and content to that structure. Layout changes and structural redesigns are not included.

Additional pages are available as an add-on. Each page is $250 for design and $250 for copywriting. Mention this when you inquire and we will include it in your proposal.

Calls are not included in this service. Our onboarding form is designed to collect everything we need to build your site without back and forth. If you have questions about your project status, your account manager is your point of contact via email.

Slack support is reserved for custom branding and website clients. It is not included in the Done-For-You Website Template service.

Professional brand photography produces the strongest results. If you do not have it yet, we select from our curated stock library, sourced specifically for your industry and brand direction.
When you are ready for your own photography, you can swap it in.
iPhone photos are not usable for this service.

Your project start date depends on having complete materials. If your photos are not ready, your project start date moves to when they are. We will confirm your new timeline at that point.

You need to be on the Squarespace Core plan or higher. If you do not have a Squarespace account yet, we will set one up for you and apply your 20% first-year discount.

Yes. Once your site is live it is completely yours to manage. Squarespace is designed to be easy to update without a designer. Your tutorial library and Squarespace's own support cover everything you need.

Powered by Squarespace 7.1, each design requires an active Squarespace account. Every site is fully customized to your brand’s typography, colours, photos, and the copy we write for you. And best of all—you’re not touching a single line of backend setup.
Here’s what happens when you purchase:
Choose your template – Pick the design that fits your style and business goals.
Complete onboarding – You’ll receive intake forms to share your brand info, services, photos, and any existing materials.
We restyle your site – Within two weeks, we’ll update your chosen template with your fonts, colours, logos, and images (or you can use our curated stock library if needed).
Copywriting included – Thoughtful, on-brand copy that feels human, not generic.
One round of revisions – You can request edits to copy or image selections (design layout is not included in revisions).
Domain setup – We’ll purchase or transfer your domain for you.
Launch day – We’ll add you to your new site and set it live.

Yes. Once your website is launched, it’s completely yours to update. You’ll have full access to our video tutorials and Squarespace’s support team for continued help whenever you need it.

Not necessarily. If you don’t have professional photos yet, we can use images from our stock photo library that align with your brand style and industry. You can always swap them out later when you have your own visuals. We also offer Brand Photography, check out our Services.

No. The purpose of our semi-custom templates is to save you time and cost by using a proven, pre-designed layout. Your fonts, colours, copy and images will be fully customized to make it feel unique to you — but layout changes are not included.
