WHAT’S NOT PART OF THIS SERVICE
This is a done-for-you process, not a collaborative one. Here is what falls outside the scope of every template project:

From signed contract to live site. Every step.

After signing your contract you receive our onboarding form. You have three weeks to submit everything we need. Your brand files, your photos or stock approval, your service information, and any existing materials. Complete it carefully. Everything we write and build comes from what you give us here.

We go through everything you submitted. If anything is missing, unclear, or unusable, we reach out that week with a specific list and a deadline. This is the only communication touchpoint before your build begins.

Once we have everything we need, your two-week build begins. We restyle the template to your brand, write your copy, optimize for mobile and SEO, and connect your domain. You do not receive progress updates during this phase. We are heads down building.

When your site is complete, you receive a link. Your full website is ready and waiting.
You get one round of edits on your copy and photos. We send you a feedback form with your reveal. Send us the wording you want and the photos you want swapped, and we put them in.

Your site goes live. Your one week of tech support begins from launch day.

Your two-week build starts when your materials are complete and approved, not when you purchase or sign. If your onboarding form is submitted late or materials arrive incomplete, your project date moves accordingly. We communicate this directly when it happens.

The layout and structure will match the demo. The content will be completely yours. Your branding, your copy, your photos or industry stock. The bones are the same. Everything on them is built for your business.

Yes. A brand kit is included in every template. You choose your colour palette and fonts from our curated kits during onboarding, and we create your logo files if you need them.
Brand kits do not include revisions. You choose your kit during onboarding, we apply it to your site, and it is not part of your edit round.
If you want a brand built from scratch and strategy, that is our Custom Branding service.

No. The template layout is fixed. What you see in the demo is the structure you receive. We apply your brand and the copy we write for you to that structure. Layout changes and structural redesigns are not included.

Calls are not included in this service. Our onboarding form is designed to collect everything we need to build your site without back and forth. If you have questions about your project status you can contact us via email.
Calls are available at our consultation rate.

Slack support is reserved for custom branding and website clients. It is not included in the Done-For-You Website Template service.

No. Copy is written and applied directly to your site. You see it for the first time when the full site is revealed. You have one round of revisions to request changes after that.

Professional brand photography produces the strongest results. If you do not have it yet, we select from our curated stock library, sourced specifically for your industry and brand direction.
When you are ready for your own photography, you can swap it in.
iPhone photos are not usable for this service.

Your project start date depends on having complete materials. If your photos are not ready, your project start date moves to when they are. We will confirm your new timeline at that point.

You need to be on the Squarespace Core plan or higher. If you do not have a Squarespace account yet, we will set one up for you and apply your 20% first-year discount.

Your copy and your photos.
Send us the exact wording you want and any photos you want swapped, and we apply them. We are not rewriting or hunting down new images at this stage, so send us the final version of what you want.
Your brand kit, layout, and page structure stay as built.

Yes. Once your site is live it is completely yours to manage. Squarespace is designed to be easy to update without a designer. Your tutorial library and Squarespace's own support cover everything you need.
